Decode 8-bit groups into UTF-8 text
Paste 0s and 1s and get readable characters back. Groups are treated as UTF-8 bytes, so a multi-byte emoji round-trips if the bits came from a UTF-8 encoder rather than a single-byte set. Latin-1 homework dumps will not magically become the same letters.
