GetUpTools respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep things straightforward — no hidden data harvesting.
If you create an account, we store your email address and an optional display name through Supabase Auth. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and tools are visited, how users navigate the site, and general device/browser information. This helps us improve performance and prioritize new tools.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and subscription status.
Client-side tools process files entirely in your browser — those files never reach our servers. Server-side tools upload files temporarily for processing and delete them automatically when the job completes. We do not use your files to train AI models.
We use collected data to operate and improve GetUpTools, process Premium payments, provide customer support, monitor site performance, and detect abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
GetUpTools displays ads from Google AdSense and Adsterra to support the free tier of the service. These partners may collect non-personally identifiable information (such as your browser type, language, and pages visited) to serve relevant ads. We do not share any personal information with advertising partners. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
GetUpTools relies on Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Google AdSense and Adsterra (advertising), and Vercel (hosting and CDN). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Server-processed files are deleted automatically after processing completes. Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as payment records).
You can delete your account at any time, request a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct inaccurate information. Contact us at hello@getuptools.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also have additional rights under GDPR.
