Type the speed symbol from the sidewall (the H in 91H, or V, W, Y). You get the certified maximum in km/h and mph at rated load. H is 210 km/h (130 mph), V 240, W 270, Y 300. That is the table used to avoid fitting an S-rated tire on a car that left the factory on V.
The workspace lists the standard ladder from A1 (5 km/h) up through Y. (Y) and ZR have no single numeric cap in the table — they are above-Y / high-speed constructions. Use the table when a sidewall letter is unfamiliar, not only the common H/V/W set.
Replacements should meet or exceed the OE speed symbol unless the vehicle maker says otherwise (some winter tires are sold with a lower rating and a speed disclaimer). This lookup does not know your VIN or top speed; it only maps the letter to the certified km/h.

H, V, W, Y, (Y), ZR, or an older letter such as S or T. Unrecognized input does not invent a speed.
Those are the certified maxima at the tire’s rated load, not a suggested cruise speed. (Y) and ZR show as no single number.
Do not step down without reading the vehicle manual. Speed rating is independent of plus-sizing diameter math.
